BUT PRESSURE ON THE DAM THAT HOLDS THE TRUTH AND A FLOOD OF INFORMATION IS STILL BUILDING!
Will time run out for Hillary Clinton to be installed in her Presidency. It’s obvious that Traitorous American Elites and Trump participated in the rigging of the 2016 Elections to get Criminal Traitor Trump installed. Its obvious too that somehow Trump’s Ukraine Crimes are not only connected to Trump/Putin&Russia’s attempts to cover up/whitewash and distract from their 2016 Election Conspiracies/Crimes but to 2016 Election Rigging. Will something be revealed to help all of the public see how the election was rigged by such aides as Jared Kushner; Brad Parscale; Steve Bannon; British firm Cambridge Analytica’s and its CEO Alexander Nix; and Russian hackers, data manipulators and riggers to get Trump installed. I hope that somehow, someway, it will be revealed soon so that Hillary Clinton can be inaugurated into her presidency.

Overturning the election of 2016 was a massive operation designed to deprive the American voters of their right to fairly and legally chose their leaders for president, Senate, and the House of Representatives for the purpose of installing a Criminal Traitor, Russian Agent/Puppet in the highest political office in the land. God Almighty will, I’ve long been convinced, will reveal the nefarious schemes and participants behind it.
Because he believes the American people voted for her fair and square, this blogger still wants to see Hillary Clinton reclaim her stolen presidency though he’ll never vote for her again. Because of the traitors they are, this blogger has become a foe of her party’s far left wing Democrats. This blogger does not like what they’ve become and stand for at all. He does not believe Hillary Clinton is a far left Democrat, though she is still too close to them. But at least she’s not a traitor like Trump and some Republicans. The Republican party is full of far right wing authoritarians, would be dictators, greedy money seekers, liars, deceivers, unbelievers, and traitors. There are many social issues on which this blogger disagree with Hillary Clinton, like her 2016 pro illegal immigrant policies. But, at least Hillary Clinton is a patriot who has foreign policy experience and would protect and defend America.
There still is the belief by this blogger that the truth about how Criminal Traitor Trump conspired with Putin&Russia, elements located in the UK and possibly the UK itself, a host of American Traitors, possibly Canadians and Australians, Middle Easterners, statistical analyst, Russian hackers and other foreign criminals will come out. Will Trump’s Ukraine crimes help provide greater truths about the Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes? If so, that could lead to Hillary Clinton reclaiming her stolen presidency. This blogger will just have to wait and see and closely follow the news to see what develops.

Can and Will the Courts Decertify the 2016 Elections and Restore Hillary Rodham Clinton’s Stolen Presidency?

If necessary, Trump’s election must be decertified or overthrown. Certain state elections from the 2016 Elections should be decertified starting with the elections in the state of Florida. Serious questions have been raised as to how many of Florida’s county election systems and data information systems were penetrated by the Russians thereby compromising the integrity of that state’s election results. It is essential that Americans not just move on to the next elections, but that they rectify the wrong from the 2016 elections in order to reform, strengthen, and restore Americans’ faith in the integrity of their democracy and its elections and to bring wrong doers to justice.
From early on this blogger believed it was impossible that high level officials and politicians did not know that the American elections had been rigged from the very beginning and that they knew and still know exactly when and how it occurred. That is why on 11/28/2017, in the blog “DEMOCRATS’/REPUBLICANS’ COLLUSION/CONSPIRACY TO CORRUPTLY ALTER/MANIPULATE ELECTIONS FOR TWO PARTY RULE OF THE USA”, wrote:

- Also, on 04/26/2019, in The New York Times, in “Russian Hackers Were ‘In a Position’ to Alter Florida Voter Rolls, Rubio Confirms”, Frances Robles reported Senator Marco Rubio as saying: Russian hackers had placed themselves “in a position” to alter data on voter rolls; the Senator said an intrusion occurred but no notice was given to the target[s]; though the hackers were “in a position” to alter voter data rolls they did not do so. He too like Nelson talked about information being classified.
On 05/10/2018, on this website, in “Could Hillary Clinton Still Become President of the USA? And Are Americans Inching Closer to Answering that Question Due to Election Fraud and Illegal Conduct” it was written:
- “….Is it possible that there could be some court proceeding to somehow – I don’t know how – to overthrow the results of the 2016 elections due to election fraud, illegal conduct, …? Case law exists to answer that question … Marks v. Stinson, 19 F.3d 873 (1994)…. Marks did in Marks v. Stinson,…. The circuit court in Marks reasoned that an individual sworn in without proof that he’d won a plurality of the electorate would be a violation of voting rights justifying decertification of that supposed winner. However, that did not mean that his opponent won. The but for standard was used. The opponent won only if he could establish he would have won but for the wrongdoers illegal conduct….”
In our case the proof search for would be did Russia alter the voting role so as to deprive voters of the right to vote and thereby proving that Trump did not win by a plurality since those votes would likely have gone to Hillary Clinton. Also were their voters whose rights were violated by the Russians manipulation of the voter data rolls. It is possible that Marks v. Stinson and election laws can for the basis for a challenge to Trump’s win in Florida and other states due to Russia penetration of the voter rolls.
In order to defend Americans rights to vote without undue interference and unfair activity such as fraud, data manipulation, conspiracy or other illegal acts should a case be brought in the courts of Florida to seek information from the Senators and the FBI on exactly what information they have on illegal conduct, activity, or interference in Florida counties, and should such a lawsuit ask for decertification of Trump’s election based upon such conduct, fraud, and illegal activities in order to defend the American peoples rights to fairly and legally vote and have their votes count and to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

The 2016 Election is Not Over – Even At This Late Date – This Blogger Still Believes Hillary Clinton Will Be President of the United States

This blogger has moved farther away from the left/far left wing Hillary Clinton Democrats of whom he has developed a strong dislike on a level equal with the right/far right wing Donald Trump Republicans. They both are equally wrong. But this blogger believes Hillary Clinton won the presidency which she deserves to occupy.
For several years now Americans have realized that they were robbed of their right to chose their leaders and are now under an illegitimate Criminal Traitor. But this website’s blogger has steadfastly believed that the truth will come out and Hillary Clinton will receive the presidency that the American people voted for her to receive.
On 10/12/2017, it was written, in the blog “RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE IN AND ALTERATION OF VOTES IN THE 2016 ELECTION”: “There is a belief, that if we have honest investigations by either the Senate and the House or Mueller, and it is not certain that citizens will get them, it will be established that American citizens and members of the Republican party used a foreign power, Russia, to undermine and rig the 2016 elections for Donald Trump while the Democrats’ administration failed to stop the rigging. Honest investigations will establish that Trump and his Republican party minions betrayed the USA, its citizens, its Constitution, its values, and its beliefs to illegitimately gain power and money while Democrats’ president did not act boldly enough to stop it.”
Bits and pieces of important information has been put out in the press for over two years now to confirm and solidify and cast in concrete that Russia interfered in the 2016 election with Russian military officers, Russian Entities, and known Russian operatives. Information has also been out for over two years that Russians penetrated into the state county voter data rolls. And recently the release of more information on that has been publicized:

These reports further solidify what has been floating in the media for several years now, that the Russians had penetrated voting rolls and been blocked from accessing an ability to alter data in states such as Illinois. What’s significant about these reports is that there is an acknowledging of the fact that the Russians penetrated the voter data rolls and were “in a position” to alter the voter registration data. So, the public now knows that Russians were in a position to alter voter rolls and thereby alter the outcome of elections. When asked more questions the senators limit their answers by stating “That’s classified.” This website’s blogs wrote doubts about questionable conclusions as to whether votes were voter rolls or votes were altered.
On 10/23/2017, in the blog “NOT OUR WILL SAYS 48% to 46% – 2% MORE AND 2.8 MILLION VOTES MORE – WHERE’S OUR REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC! – LET’S MAKE IT HAPPEN PEOPLE!”, it was written: “Have you ever wondered WHY! every national politician and the intelligence reports like the finely synchronized voices of a chorus admit that the Russians interfered in the 2016 elections but follow with the statement, but they did not alter or change the vote…. Such statements confuse and perplex listeners because they are not followed by any conclusive information of exhaustive investigations supporting such an assertion…. But our leaders and national politician seem hell bent on steering the American public away from thorough investigations, explorations, and talk of election vote altering with that prematurely conclusive statement….”
Reports such as those stating that Russians were “in a position” to alter the voting rolls lead us further to a valid conclusion of whether Russia with the aid of Traitor Americans altered the 2016 election results by voter roll and/or vote tabulation manipulation. And leaves voters with more serious questions about the correctness and legitimacy of the 2016 elections which are justified since the election results were contrary to nearly all of the scientific polling data. Was the polling data really off or was the election results manipulated and tampered with? A truthful and conclusive answer to that this blogger believes will lead to a restoration of Hillary Clinton’s stolen presidency and a meeting of Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

House Judiciary Chairman Nadler to Investigate theft of Clinton’s Win

Chairman Nadler’s announcement of requests for information from 81 individuals or organizations will lead to the open, public, complete/comprehensive hearings/investigations this bloggers been hoping for. It is heartening, encouraging, thrilling, exciting to see Nadler/Americans saying through his announcement, we’re not going to take it, stand for it, we’re fighting back for truth, righteousness, justice, fairness, decency, constitutional order, rule of law, individual voting rights, God given inalienable rights, noble American ideas, more than 200 years of achievements in struggles for those noble ideas, and as Lincoln said a government of, by, and for the people. Thank you Chairman Nadler and those Americans who work with you and support you!

In the last few days media reports have finally went where this blogger believes they should have went long ago – OPENLY TALKING ABOUT WHETHER TRUMP’S BEEN WORKING FOR THE RUSSIANS ALL ALONG, WHETHER HE A RUSSIAN SPY, A RUSSIAN AGENT! On 01/14/2019 in USA Today‘s ” ‘Like I said: A puppet,’ Hillary Clinton tweets after recent reports about Trump, Russia” William Cummings reports on that charge by Clinton directed at Trump during a televised presidential candidates debate in 2016. He quotes what Clinton said, “It’s pretty clear you won’t admit the Russians have engaged in cyber attacks against the United States of America, that you encouraged espionage against our people, that you are willing to spout the Putin line, sign up for his wish list, break up NATO, do whatever he wants to do and that you continue to get help from him because he has a very clear favorite in this race,” Clinton continued. She thereby warned Americans Trump was a Criminal Traitor in the Putin/Russia War Against America.
And Americans demonstrated they’d listened to her by voting for her by 48% to 46% and by nearly 3,000,000 million more votes. By any standards that was a solid rejection of Trump by the American electorate. Nevertheless, Trump somehow rigged the elections by tampering with voter registration systems and manipulating the data which allowed him to fraudulently claim to have won more electoral college votes which allows him to fraudulently occupy the seat of president. And by fraudulently occupying that seat Trump’s been given commissions with goals by the Trump/Putin & RUSSIA/WCCL to wage wars against America and Americans.
Trumps commissions and goals are (1.) to tear down, degrade, and weaken the USA and to create as much lawlessness, division, chaos, doubt, dysfunction, and subversion within the USA as possible; and (2.) to create as much division, chaos, doubt, dysfunction, and subversion as possible within USA’s Allies and within USA’s Alliances and between USA and its Allies with the goals (1.) of subverting USA’s democratic system of government into a Neo Nazi German Fascist/Authoritarian/Dictatorship and (2.) destroying USA’s world power and world influences to the advantage of the Trump/Putin & RUSSIA/WCCL War Against America. With the news of Paul Manafort sharing internal Republican Party polling data on the Trump campaign with Kremlin/GRU connected operative Konstantin Kilimnik, its becoming more and more evident that the end results will be that Hillary Rodham Clinton will rightfully claim her position as MADAME PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. This blogger voted for and supported Hillary Clinton’s candidacy and still does. But this blogger is no longer inclined to vote mainly for Democrats due to their crazy Anti-Christian, Left Wing, Far Left Wing, Internationalist/globalist, Open Border Immigrant Advocates, and Socialist Advocates in the Party; that is especially the case since such types increased their numbers in the party from elections won in 2018. This blogger is strongly against what most Democrats on the Left/Far left wing of the party believe in and stand for. This blogger can’t stomach much of what Democrats advocate; their as crazy as the Republicans.

Courts’ Should Overturn Rigged 2016 Presidential Election – & Give Hillary Rodham Clinton Her Stolen Presidency! From Thief Trump!

To begin with America must fight back by refusing to accept the illegitimate Trump!, overturning his phony win!, And restoring the Hillary Rodham Clinton victory!
This website’s blogger has argued from the beginning that Trump’s phony election win was illegitimate; could not have occurred without America’s intelligence and leaders and politicians knowing about it; resulted from treason committed by Trump and his co-conspirators; involved Criminal Traitorous Americans willingly encouraging foreign agents/spies, Russia and other foreign countries to maliciously interfere in USA’s election; and amounted to agents/spies, traitors, and conspirators under the directions of the Trump/Putin&Russia/WCCL War Against America! subverting the American electoral process and depriving the American voters of the right to fairly and legally chose their president to facilitate an illegitimate power grab by Donald Trump and Putin/Russia. So, the question is how will Americans fight back, bring them to Justice, reform and improve and strengthen the election process, and defend the democratic republic of the USA?
Overturning the Trump’s election in court for fraudulently depriving Americans of their right to fairly and legally vote for president is possible. One such federal case is Marks v. Stinson 19 F.3d 873 (1994) where the Republican State Committee and individually named citizens sued claiming violations of their voting rights under the Voting Rights Act and the Civil Rights Act. The Democratic National Committee has a case pending against the Russian Federation, the Russian Military GRU agency, the Donald Trump Campaign and others who fraudulently helped elect Donald Trump. And of course there is the current Mueller Investigation. Perhaps that case and investigation will lead courts to Give Hillary Rodham Clinton Her Stolen Presidency! and help Americans meet Franklin’s response and Challenge: “A REPUBLIC, IF YOU CAN KEEP IT.”
