Trump/McConnell/Republicans (Russified Republicans (RRs), Confederate Republicans (CRs), Russified Confederate Republicans (RCRs) and their lawyers, all Demons, are attempting to ratify/to strengthen to justify to argue unlimited/unchallenged authoritarian powers of the executive based upon the Nixon era concept and the DOJ policy statement from the Nixon era/Watergate Crimes that the executive cannot be indicted or held accountable for crimes while in office. Nixon/Mitchell/Haldeman/DOJ worked hard to resurrect the long buried idea that kings – today’s presidents – rule by divine right and above the law with rights to commit crimes, arbitrarily impose their wills, engage in wrong doing, and otherwise operate as they please with impunity. Likewise, Trump/Barr/Some Republicans/Their Lawyers and the Trump/Putin&Russia/WCCL Wars Against America are arguing and implementing policies supporting a Slimy Snake and Criminal Traitor’s rights to commit crimes while in office, to then remain unindicted for those crimes, and to continue presiding over Americans as a traitor/criminal/crime boss. Yes, one becomes sick in the stomach, if not strengthened by a knowledge that TAS/TAS PATS are fighting back against such garbage/filth.
It’s time again, to smother to death, to rebury, to rebind, and to eternally assign to hell the principle that men, including the USA presidents and their henchmen, are above the law. That demon, Richard Nixon and the Department of Justice, DOJ, resurrected from the ashes of the American Revolutionary War, the idea that America had a king in its president ruling by divine rights above the law. That destructive and pernicious doctrine, lifted by Nixon and his DOJ from the grave the Declaration of Independence assigned to it, has found new life from the breath given to it by Nixon’s predecessors and their henchmen – Trump/Republicans/Barr. That breath of new life’s allows them to burst from their bindings, loose their restrictions, operate with impunity to violate laws/procedures, threaten opponents, steal from the public treasury, conspire with the nations enemies, openly advance interests against the nations interests, and selfishly operate for money/profits, business interests, self aggrandizement. Americans must rebury, rebind, reassign to hell those unleashed demons threatening its God endowed gifts and God given unalienable rights – those blessings.
TAS/TAS PATS are a system and people worth fighting for, worth risking everything for saving and improving, worth risking one’s life and fortune for saving and improving. Before and still today, Trump/Republicans/Putin&Russia/Cohorts have trashed the U.S. Constitution, USA’s democratic republic, USA’s Laws, and USA’s values for far too long without effective actions from USA’s politicians, courts, and Congress. Yesterday Mueller proved to be a disgrace for furthering the idea of Nixon that if the president does it it’s not a crime (he refused to apply the same law to Trump that would apply to all of us and to indict him) and the expression of Trump that he could shoot someone in the middle of fifth avenue and not lose votes. Yesterday Mueller proved he’s a disgrace for participating in the covering up/whitewashing of Trump’s role in the Putin/Russia 2016 election interference crimes and conspiracies. On 05/14/2019, in the blog “Extremely Wicked and Dangerous Policies Placing a Dangerous Criminal President Above the Law and Constitutional and Legal Restraints”, the dangers of allowing a president to remain unindicted for crimes while in office were discussed. The belief of this blogger is that it is unconstitutional and should be outlawed by an amendment to the Constitution and as an inherently dangerous and nefarious policy for all Americans.

Extremely Wicked and Dangerous Policies Placing a Dangerous Criminal President Above the Law and Constitutional and Legal Restraints

No one should be placed above the law at any time or for any duration. It violates a fundamental principle rule of law. My hope and prayer to God/Jesus is that Congress, the States, the Courts, and most importantly the masses will reject the poison pill policies of the DOJ that a sitting President cannot be indict as placing a president above the law. It would also be illegitimate, inconsistent with the U.S. Constitution and America’s 243 year history. It throws America back into the Absolutist Divine Rights of Kings era in Western Civilization, and is, therefore, an existential threat to the moral/ethical foundations of America’s democratic republic system.
Americans must not sit around like sheep lead to the slaughter while treacherous elites trample upon the 243 years of historical struggles and advancements for liberty, freedom, civil rights, and human decency by a poison pill set of policies placing the president above the law to abuse power, to abuse citizens, to rule lawlessly and unrestrained, and to violate the country’s systems of constitutional order, rule of law, and democratic republic with impunity. And while such a wicked, treacherous, evil, demonic set of policies are being perpetrated and implemented by the executive, Americans see a feckless, ineffective group of legislative leaders in Congress failing to adequately stand against them but instead expressing cowardly fears of division, “he not worth it”, and let’s let it go and settle it by the next election, and creating needless and deliberate divisions amongst themselves on whether or not to launch impeachment hearings/investigations/inquiries into an obviously lawless Criminal Traitor .
Meanwhile a Criminal Traitor executive, with the assistance of his dishonest fraudulent Partisans, his sycophants, his minions and his fellow criminal traitor Americans slowly Putinize/Russify, dictorialize, and Nazify USA’s government by violating its constitutional/administrative rules and procedures through implementation of the ruling tactics of Putin&Russia, despots/authoritarians/dictators/ totalitarians, and Neo Nazi German Fascists. Furthermore, the Criminal Traitor operating under commissions from a foreign group, the Trump/Putin&Russia/WCCL War Against America, deliberately tries to sow as much domestic disorder, chaos, division, confusion, and dysfunction as possible and to undermine the USA’s global power and influence as well as align its foreign policies with those of the WCCL.
So, the question is how can Americans effectively reject and overturn that incredibly nefarious DOJ policy that a sitting president, a criminal, cannot be indicted for crimes he while sitting as president:
First, pray constantly to God/Jesus to save the nation from the wicked policy. Second, because its constitutional, merely issue and indictment against a president forcing Congress to decide whether or not to launch impeachment inquiries. Third, work with members and groups in Congress for legislation establishing legal procedures for the indictment of a criminal president who’s been indicted for crimes while in office. Fourth, work with members of Congress and other interested groups to pass a proposed constitutional amendment affirming the right of legal authorities to issue indictments against the chief executive. Fifth, use protected freedoms of speech, press, petition, and assembly to generate public support for action against such a policy. The claim that a sitting president cannot be indicted is silly, unconstitutional, lacks common sense reasoning, is indefensible, and existentially harmful to USA.
To say that a president cannot be indicted for crimes while in office is a poison pill used to undermine the moral/ethical foundations of society and a shield to a morally/ethically bankrupt, nefarious, and destructive president and his sycophants and supporters placing them beyond the reach of law enforcement and courts while in or out of office. The enemies of systems of rule of law, constitutional order, and democracy deliberately promote the removal of all moral/ethical, legal, and civil restraints on themselves by their placement above and beyond the reach of law either in or out of office. Their poison pill and shield allow the president and his cohorts to escape justice while in or out of office from corruptly undermining society’s moral/ethical standards by recklessly permeating and normalizing criminal behaviors throughout the entire society and corruptly endangering their individual and group enemies by shielding them beyond the reach of law for wrong doing.
Americans need to stop their silly debates over to impeach or not to impeach or to indict or not to indict since evidence has long existed of Trump crimes deserving impeachment. Prayers are that Congress will proceed full speed ahead and draw red lines against a lawless Criminal Traitor hell bent on hurting them and destroying their systems of constitutional order, rule of law, and democratic republic. This website’s blogs have urged Congress to quit half stepping and fooling around and immediately and clearly launch both open/public/complete/comprehensive hearings/investigations and impeachment inquiries with an end date for a vote on Trump’s impeachment. Meanwhile New York state and the Southern District of New York both should indict Donald Trump for alleged crimes, and the courts should test/decide whether Americans will foolishly allow Criminal Traitor Trump to remain unindicted simply because he’s president.
Being unchecked and unrestrained, Trump permeates and normalizes his corrupt, lawless, criminal conduct throughout the society along with his equally lawless and wilful minions and supporting masses who together violently and recklessly and wildly rampage around society destroying its moral and ethical foundations which creates the stage for dictatorship/authoritarianism/despotism, Putinization/Russification, and Neo Nazi fascism to emerge as the ruling force. During his illegitimate presidency he has illegally seized and issued orders for the spending of funds from the USA’s treasury which Congress expressly refused to authorize. He has on numerous occasions corruptly interfered in and obstructed criminal investigations. He has during his time as president illegally used campaign funds to pay hush money. He has threatened and tampered with witnesses involved in hearings and criminal investigations. Those are just a few of the crimes to which ordinary citizens would be held to account for which Trump’s alleged to have committed and remains unindicted for just because he’s president.
Americans have not had to study large instances of or frequently and practically deal with a president persistently committing crimes while in office. Americans are generally introduced to and required to study the U.S. Constitution in the 5th, 8th, 11th grades, and during post secondary education for knowledge about their government and to receive a diploma or degree. But students until recently, that is until the Nixon crimes and Watergate or the Clinton perjury/obstruction of justice case, would not have discussed the presidents’ wrong doing beyond the impeach history of Andrew Johnson for defying a Congressional Act by removing a cabinet official and of Johnson’s impeachment process. However, that changed during the Nixon Watergate and Clinton Perjury/Obstruction of Justice Eras where presidents had actively engaged in criminal conduct of various kinds while in office.
Nixon committed a large number of crimes both related to and unrelated to Watergate while sitting as president. Where as Bill Clinton’s two alleged crimes were perjury and obstruction of justice. In both cases the question arose of whether those men should been indicted just as any other American citizen would have been for such crimes. The DOJ had developed a policy from the Nixon Watergate Era stating that a sitting president could not be indicted for his crimes while in office. It was and is a nefarious and dangerous policy for Americans/America. Accordingly, Nixon was named as an unindicted co-conspirator and Clinton was not indicted for his alleged crimes but was impeached based upon the report of Starr, an independent prosecutor. Neither man answered to law enforcement or in a court of law for their crimes as would any other American citizen have been required to do.
Americans are witnessing Trump, his minions, his supporters doing only a small amount of the horrors that await them if they foolishly continue to allow, after seeing in full view with their own eyes, a Criminal Traitor to remain in office unindicted, unimpeached, and free to run for re-election. He should be politically destroyed as a fraudster, criminal, traitor and impeached, arrested, tried, and imprisoned for a long term.
Americans must vigorously work to pressure their Congress and Supreme to defend their beliefs in rule of law, constitutional order, and democracy.
